It's not his work. He is a teacher, and this is the work that a student did in his class.

Though you have to admit that it's a little odd to have students complete works that you then watermark with your username (it's not like they're apprentices working under an old master). I don't want to start a debate about it, being that the subject is so ambiguous, but there's no mention of the student's name at all... just doesn't seem 100% fair :\
